i had a few issues . the front desk staff seemed quite rude when i checked in, and i didn't even receive a thank you upon departure. furthermore, i found the rooms to be rather tired and not as clean as i expected. housekeeping service also felt slow and inefficient (it was hard to get extra towels).

central locationlimited thermostatdisruptive noise
the location was central to Times Square. the room was clean. the bed was comfortable.
the thermostat only allowed either heat or air conditioning to run. noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive. the hotel seemed overwhelmingly large and busy. this made navigating the premises difficult.

the location is very central, exactly in time square. it is very close to everything. it is easy to return quickly for rest after any walk. the facility is beautiful, clean, and spacious!!!
from checkin it was terrible. the checkin staff handed me an envelope of breakfast vouchers and said "i don't know what you do with these". i was not provided any assistance to take my luggage to my room. the room lacked basics such as a bottle of water or toiletries.
