friendly staff lots of choices missing fridge warmer days
the staff was friendly and the breakfast had lots of choices.
The room lacked a fridge, so i couldn't keep water or snacks cold it was an inconvenience. It would have been helpful, especially during the warmer days.

excellent stay at the heart of everything
metro proximity helpful staff good variety
I loved the hotel's prime location. It was close to the metro station. the staff proved friendly and helpful . breakfast offered a good variety, and the restaurant was generally nice (i especially enjoyed the ambiance).
My room lacked sufficient storage. There were no drawers, only a coat rack. i wished there had been more shelving available to better organize my belongings. it made staying organized a bit challenging.

the room featured mirrored walls creating a spacious feeling. a nespresso machine was available with daily refills. fresh water was also provided each day which i thought was a nice touch.

the hotel is super central with easy access to many attractions. reaching the hotel from the airport was easy using the tram. the hotel is also close to major transport links.

the staff was very pleasant and helpful, providing great service. helen, in particular, was helpful with several requests i made. i felt very supported by the staff.

the breakfast included many choices with vegan options available upon request. they provided plant-based milk. ample breakfast options compensated for the lack of room service (a feature i didn't miss).
