the complimentary minibar was a treat i did not expect. the location suited me nicely being right at the top of rundle mall, so convenient.

extreme comfort pleasant surprise attentive staff
the beds provided extreme comfort. a complimentary bar was a pleasant surprise. the staff's service further enhanced my experience, as they catered to my needs with attentiveness and warmth.
i noticed a slight issue with the water pressure in the shower, it was good, but not quite strong enough for my personal taste..

mixed feelings after my stay
difficult menu unhelpful assistance
the staff WAS polite and check in was easy enough.
The room service menu WAS difficult TO navigate on the tablet. I called for assistance but it was not particularly helpful and felt a bit insulting when they claimed it was outside hours.

untrained staff uncleaned room
The location is quite central.
The staff seemed untrained, (which was annoying). I arrived to find my room had not been cleaned, with rubbish left by the previous occupants. I also found inconsistent procedures each morning for the unimpressive breakfast.

my room, a beautiful king room, was a peaceful space with a very comfortable bed. the inclusive minibar was a delight, it offered refreshments after my travels. the secure parking facility for thirty dollars daily was convenient.
the tv lacked clear channel information, i also found no netflix guide.
