great location and clean room!
convenient location helpful staff luggage storage
I found the location very convenient with many shops nearby. it made it easy to get whatever i needed. the staff was helpful. They stored my luggage after checkout. i could collect it later, which i really appreciated.
the breakfast had little choice. there was also a long queue for the one coffee machine.

The staff demonstrated professionalism and a cute attitude. They addressed my inquiries quickly. their attention to detail was evident, and i noted that they were always ready to assist guests. this ensured a smooth stay.

The hotel is modern and clean. it has compact but well soundproofed rooms. i saw that an underground station is very close by. This provided easy access to transport. the coffee machines located in the rooms were a nice feature.

the rooms are finished nicely and have good bathrooms, i also noticed that the beds were comfortable and firm. the room had a large window and a pretty view. the rooms were cleaned daily.

Fantastic location, fresh and modern
great location friendly staff
The location really is great. It is close to the tube station. the staff were friendly and helpful when i asked for directions. i was impressed with how clean and modern my room was (it felt brand new!).
i did find it a little inconvenient having to lift my luggage up the steps at the front of the accommodation. there wasn't a bell boy available to assist, so it made it slightly difficult (especially with a heavy suitcase).

a large window offered a nice view, and the room size was adequate for one person in the double standard i booked. the room was well-decorated.

breakfast included a continental spread, and the options were ample for a good start to the day. the coffee machine was available, and there was a good selection of teas. the breakfast area was by the reception (quite compact).

the hotel seemed recently renovated, and all the facilities was new and well kept. the hotel provides tea and coffee in the room. the elevator helps access all floors.

the hotel has very easy access to the underground station. the surrounding street was quiet, offering a nothing noisy. the hotel is close to many attractions, restaurants and shops.
