I enjoyed the quiet location. It was easy to find the hotel. I found it was only a short distance from the main road. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was delicious, and the service felt friendly.
The pillows felt a little hard.

faulty remotelow pressure
The tv remote in the room didn't work properly. i had to get up and manually change the channels, very annoying. also, the water pressure in the shower was really low. It made it hard to wash properly. i expect better when i pay for a stay.

the owners were very hospitable. the bedroom and bathroom were clean. extra toiletries and a fridge were nice touches. the breakfast included in the price was really good.
the room became unbearably cold around 9pm. this was a significant issue, as my wife is sensitive to cold. i also found the room quite cold, which detracted from the overall stay.

The cleanliness was good. The location was pretty. the host was nice and the breakfast tasted good too.
the room was cold and the floorboards were draughty. hard pillows were provided and the mattress wasn't that comfortable.
