The location was decent. A quick subway ride gets you to main attractions. i especially liked having an ensuite bathroom. the optional breakfast had a good variety of choices. it was very convenient to get fresh towels from the front desk. I did that daily.
The room was quite warm, around 23 degrees, and i couldn't adjust it. The family didn't sleep very well because of this.

The hotel is near a main subway line. It makes getting to the city center simple. the surrounding area felt safe enough. I walked around without any concerns, even late at night.

The rooms were a good size. It was more than adequate for a short stay. the bathroom was clean. This is always a priority for me. the beds were comfy. We slept well.

I appreciated the community kitchen. It had a fridge and a microwave. the laundry service was useful. I did a quick load of washing. the baggage locker service was also a big plus. I didn't need to carry my luggage all day.

The breakfast had a good variety. My teens ate a lot each morning. The staff was helpful with directions. I also suggest visiting the zoo nearby.
The hotel location is not ideal. It is quite far from the city center. The room had no carpet. I had to walk barefoot and there were no slippers provided.
