I found the staff very cute. the food tasted delicious! i took a lovely walk in the sunshine around the grounds. beth was kind and attentive throughout my visit. I found this added a personal touch.
the downstairs area seemed a bit tired. i noticed a limited number of sofas in the lobby.

The location was great. The hotel was quiet. I found the service to be good. Staff members were cute and their service was excellent.
The downstairs area seemed tired. There were not other sofas or lounging area other than the lobby. I only stayed for one night. The hotel is missing things to do there.

i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. the grounds were well kept and included metal sculptures. the breakfast was very good and the bar meals were also excellent (especially the loaded fries with steak and peppercorn sauce!).
the restaurant menu had limited vegetarian options, disappointing considering the price and grandeur of the hall.
