the hotel offered a garment steamer, a hairdryer, and a hair iron. i found these items new and very clean. nespresso coffee capsules were complimentary, along with glass-bottled water and chocolate cubes. the gym featured complete equipment.
the location experienced noise from outside events not managed by the hotel. this noise impacted sleep on one of the nights .

Staff members were attentive and polite. the aura manager, paula sardon, showed genuine interest in feedback, aimed at improving future guest experiences. staff consistently provided helpful assistance during my entire stay. It was great.

the noise from nearby events was excessive one night i couldn't sleep until after 11 30 pm even with relaxation music i put pillows over my head in an attempt to block out the noise i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber

I ADMIRE the modern design of the hotel. Every detail is thoughtfully crafted. The staff was friendly. The food was AMAZING!!! Every meal was a blend of elegance and flavor, with high-quality ingredients and beautiful presentation.
The air conditioner was not working WELL when I first entered. It needed immediate attention.

My stay had some issues. The room lacked proper soundproofing, the noise from nearby establishments was intrusive. Sleep quality suffered greatly. Pool service was slow. The pool area was not always clean, with some mess.

i found great value at the hotel. the location was convenient and accessible. the staff showed politeness, and they were very accommodating. the facilities met my expectations..
the noise from the bar caused disturbances. the light pollution from the mall was excessive. i didn't sleep well because of these issues. this really detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.
