The hotel's location provided easy access to many shops and restaurants. This added significant convenience. The staff demonstrated helpfulness . I found the room to be clean and well maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices.
The bathroom was somewhat small, but it was adequate for my needs.

the staff was so friendly offering recommendations. the breakfast had so much choice and variety which was great. i loved that the location was near the train station and several restaurants
the air conditioning wasn't working well in the room it was not cool. there was no room service available it was disappointing after a long day. towels seemed really old and worn out i think they need replacing

the room featured effective soundproofing from street noise. i found complimentary water in the mini-fridge upon arrival (a nice touch after traveling). the hotel offered luggage storage after checkout, very convenient for my late train. the staff promptly addressed a minor issue with the room safe.

the front desk provided quick check-in and check-out procedures. staff readily offered directions and information about local transportation (metro access was straightforward). i noticed that the lobby always had someone available to assist with questions.
