really good stay WITH fine views

recent refurbishmentfresh breakfastlocal knowledgehelpful owners
The owners clearly put a lot of effort into the recent refurbishment. i noticed everything looked new and very clean. breakfast stood out because it offered a range of freshly prepared options, from avocado toast to a full cornish breakfast. sam and roy were helpful. Their local knowledge made navigating the area much easier.

bay viewundersized bedlimited assistance
the setting was quite something with views of the bay i guess.
The double bed felt a tad undersized i think. i was also not thrilled by the lack of assistance with luggage. Quite a few steps to reception and even more to the room so its not exactly suited for folks with mobility problems, i suppose.
