The staff was professional, from the door attendants to the front desk and restaurant personnel. Everyone was genuinely nice and helpful. The hotel's proximity to the S maison mall is a plus. I appreciated the convenience of accessing the mall.
The room service was lacking, as basic amenities like toilet paper and fresh water were not consistently replenished. Despite having three guests, we received only two cups, two glasses, and two towels. This impacted my overall experience at the hotel.

the location is convenient for access to nearby attractions. the staff was accommodating and offered warm welcomes. it was easy to approach the personnel for assistance..
i found the hotel to be somewhat dated. the walls lacked proper soundproofing, so noise from the corridor was easily heard.
