I found the hotel clean with awesome décor. it felt so personable! the location is super convenient. the staff are friendly and approachable. Nothing was like too much trouble at all. i really appreciated the whatsapp message i got a few days before i arrived, too!
the water was only provided in the room on the first night. that's it. it seemed a little strange given the room rates. however, i was happy with my stay!!!

The pool area has super comfy sunbeds and sofas. It was not difficult to find one at anytime. there is a skybar with beautiful views out to sea. the hotel even had a gorgeous shower changing area who had checked out.

the hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, drinks and a supermarket! it is also conveniently located between the town and playa den bossa, a super great position! i appreciated this convenience!!!

i arrived early. the hotel let me check my bags. i could use the showers before check-in. the cabanas and pool were available to me.
the staff seemed unhelpful at times. one evening, i asked reception to call a taxi. they told me to find one on the street. it was much easier to get a taxi next door.
