The staff was friendly. Breakfast offered many options.
I found an issue with the room lighting. The main light switch did not function, a design flaw. It required using individual lamps, inconvenient.

immaculate roomclean bathroomwater situationbig problem
the location, it was superb! it was like stepping back in time! my room were immaculate with everthing i needs. the bathroom, it were warm and clean. i loveds walkin around the gardens and watchin the sunrise from petrin tower.
i calls before i arrives and no one tells mes about works occurrin at the hotel. the room weren't ready, and theys gives mes keys without mentionin the water situation. i finds out theys wouldn't has water the next day! i thinks that be a big problem!

mixed feelings
friendly staffsteep stairsineffective air conditioning
the staff was friendly at reception.
my room was not ready upon arrival, it was a duplex double room attic. the stairs to the sleeping area were steep and narrow. this was difficult for me with luggage and also dangerous during the night when i needed to use the restroom. also the air conditioning unit was loud and ineffective.
