i also appreciated the available coffee and tea it really gave me a boost in the morning i loved how readily accessible everything was and the convenience really enhanced my stay. i easily sorted out my bike parking with some great help i felt totally supported.
the entrance hall just wasn't inviting the lack of cleanliness left a bad first impression i was quite disappointed it didn't feel fresh or cute and that definitely impacted my initial feelings. i also didn't appreciate being spoken to through the ring monitor on arrival it felt impersonal the lack of face to face interaction wasn't great at all. the lack of a proper welcome throughout my stay was off putting i really expected a little more warmth from the owners .

The room was super!!! It had everything I could ask for, a TV, hairdryer, fridge, toiletries, and even a tower fan!!! Fresh towels smelled amazing. Lots of storage was available for clothes and toiletries in the bedroom and the en-suite.
I never spoke to the owners .
