Some Issues Encountered

cold bathroomexpensive tea
The room was cold upon arrival (it took a while to warm up a bit). The bathroom remained freezing. charging almost five euros for a tea bag seemed excessive. It was just a simple tea bag, nothing special. There were no facilities to make tea or coffee in the room.

the rooms were nicely designed and a good size.
the reception staff didn't respond to my request for an earlier checkin. i needed the room to rest for a few hours between flights. the ac didn't work and there was no bath soap in the washroom. the bed had some long hair and didn't seem clean at all.
