The guest house is close to the Duomo. The location made it easy to walk everywhere. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed offered great comfort. The bathroom was functional. I also appreciated the soundproofing given the central location. The double windows are efficient. Staff were helpful carrying my suitcase. I twisted my ankle so I needed the assistance to reach the 4th floor. Breakfast included good options.

The guest house is on the 4th floor. I had to manage many stairs to reach the rooms. This could be difficult for some guests. I found this tiring after exploring the city all day.

Staff members were smiling and helpful. The owner assisted me with luggage. The breakfast service offered fresh cappuccino. I felt very welcome , which contributed to a positive experience here.
