amazing location comfortable bed quick responses

The location is amazing. I found myself just steps away from all main attractions. the room had a super comfortable bed. I slept soundly every night. also, the staff responded quickly to my questions via whatsapp. the room was also very clean.

i found climbing the several flights of stairs to be a challenge with luggage as there is no lift. it would be nice to see an elevator installed in the future.

The location was acceptable. It was a short walk to the main attractions.

There was no elevator in the building, and my room was on the fourth floor. Carrying my luggage up all those stairs was difficult and exhausting. The breakfast was quite basic. The selection was limited, and the quality of the items was disappointing.

The guest house is close to the Duomo. The location made it easy to walk everywhere. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed offered great comfort. The bathroom was functional. I also appreciated the soundproofing given the central location. The double windows are efficient. Staff were helpful carrying my suitcase. I twisted my ankle so I needed the assistance to reach the 4th floor. Breakfast included good options.

The guest house is on the 4th floor. There is no lift. I had to manage many stairs to reach the rooms. This could be difficult for some guests. I found this tiring after exploring the city all day.
