the Manager and staff WERE clean and very cute.
the beef MAIN course cost £42 and included four thin slices. the beef was slightly undercooked. A salty black garlic splodge overpowered EVERYTHING.

the cottage felt charming and spacious (i especially liked the decor). the staff was helpful. richard took us on day excursions and his knowledge of scotland made those trips fascinating.
the bedroom area lacked storage space. there was no wardrobe. i found no mirrors in the room itself.

undercooked beefcold coffee
The grounds looked nice. The food quality did NOT match the price. The beef main course cost £42 but included only thin slices of undercooked beef. A salty black garlic overwhelmed everything, and there was no starch, I REALLY expected more. The flat white coffee was also served cold.
