the service was quite attentive. the staff seemed eager to assist. daniel assisted with luggage from the street directly to my room (it was very helpful). the hotel also offers restaurant recommendations and daily housekeeping.
the lighting in the room was not sufficient. the lampshades and bedside lights didn't provide enough illumination. the bathroom was also dimly lit. the corridor leading to the rooms was almost dark, which i found a little inconvenient.

the front desk people were nice, but not all were very helpful. the luggage assistance was not as i expected. the fire alarm sounded twice .

The hotel offers an really good breakfast selection with many choices. I found a clandestine bar that became a highlight. The location is central. It provided convenient access to numerous attractions.
I found that not all front desk staff were consistently helpful. This was only a minor inconvenience.
