i appreciated the helpful receptionist. she assisted with changing to a quieter, larger room. she also replaced our scratched pan, which i thought was very considerate.
the check-in signage was confusing to me. i found the allocated parking bays for cabins to be inconvenient. bays for specific cabin numbers were located far away from the actual cabins.

a fantastic getaway!

The communal kitchen was quite large. it provided crockery and some cooking tools including a tea towel. That was quite convenient for me. the air-conditioning worked wonderfully. the staff seemed friendly and helpful, I really enjoyed interacting with them.
I found the signage a bit confusing upon arrival. It was not immediately clear where to park for check-in. i also noticed a slight smell of mold in the room, i wish they paid more attention to this.

my two-bedroom villa was very spacious and quite clean. it included a mini fridge that worked great. the air-conditioning kept the villa cool and comfortable .

I noticed several facilities available for guest use. there was a camp kitchen equipped for cooking. there was also a laundry room on site. It made longer stays quite convenient for travelers.

The location was very central and quiet. This ensured peaceful evenings. the chalet had excellent air-con and a comfy couch. i really appreciated the clean kitchen and bathroom. It was very pleasant!

the location was good. it was an easy walk into town, convenient. the cooking facilities inside the room were useful, and i liked that.
the resort seemed a little aspirational to me. the cooking facilities were communal, and that included the kettle and toaster.
