faulty air conditioning

i found several issues . the air conditioning unit was difficult to regulate and often shut off unexpectedly. these problems need addressing for a better guest experience.

The room was clean upon arrival, appreciated.

I found some aspects disappointing. The air conditioning had a lock, preventing temperature adjustments (I was told to open a window to deal with that). Street parking cost €15 per day and was not secure. Often, no spaces were available after work. A crack was also present in the bathroom sink.
