A Mixed Experience

late check-inlack of flexibility
My arrival was difficult. After significant travel delays , I arrived later than expected and was told late check-in was not possible. I was advised to find alternative accommodation in Edinburgh , even though I had already paid. This lack of flexibility was very disappointing , particularly given the available technology that could have facilitated a smoother process.

comfortable bedhanging spaceperfect breakfast
The room was super clean with a very comfortable bed and plenty of hanging space for clothes. our room was a double room sea view (it was lovely). it had a great view overlooking the east sands. breakfast was so perfect. The scrambled eggs were the best i have ever had.
the room was slightly smaller than i expected.
