The queen suite was spacious. I loved the two tvs. the toilet, separated from the main bathroom, proved very practical. This added a layer of convenience to our stay.
The hotel lacked porter service. This made managing luggage slightly inconvenient.

I found the check-in process easy and appreciated the option to pre-book parking in the underground car park. The room featured a comfortable bed, a decent lounge area, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, and a coffee machine, super convenient. I really liked the good-sized bathroom because it had both a walk-in shower and a bath. I especially appreciated that the hotel honored my request to leave my car in the underground parking beyond the check-out time.

The location is excellent. It allows you to easily reach the city center in a short time. It took me only about a 5 minute walk to Little Venice. I was thrilled about this.

i found the hotel very clean. the staff was friendly and helpful (jamile was very kind!). it's great they offered holiday hot apple cider. the location was perfect, close to all the best attractions.
the gym closes earlier than i would have liked (i prefer late workouts).
