the breakfast was exactly what i wanted, a simple way to start the day.
The room reeked of humidity. It was unpleasant. staff cleaned, but the odor persisted. i awoke each time a plane landed because i left the doors open, yet the airport is near the hotel and the noise was so loud.

I really appreciated the view from my bungalow's patio area. It was so peaceful (a rare treat!). my room had plenty of space and storage. i found the bed to be the best part of my stay. the cleaning staff did a thorough job and came at a reasonable hour, allowing me to enjoy breakfast before they tidied up.
my only issue was the hot water in the shower, it took a long time to come through. this was a minor inconvenience, but it would be good to improve this.

The location of the hotel is excellent. A bus stop directly in front makes travel very easy. it does require two buses to reach paleokastritsa beach, but i did not find it particularly difficult.

the ladies at reception were friendly and helpful. ms. elena, the evening receptionist, was helpful and courteous (going above and beyond). she assisted me with local information and directions.

The hotel staff was polite and helpful. The food had many different choices at breakfast and dinner. My room was clean. I was genuinely very kinda surprised .
The hotel room smelled like stale cigarettes. the furniture was outdated and in poor condition. I could not properly ventilate the room because there was no mosquito net, so I could not leave the window open in the evening.

The reception staff arranged a bus trip for me. Johanna and the pool staff were always very polite. Hellena did a good job during dinner services (I'm very grateful for her work).
