The music at the pool area was excessively loud, a considerable disturbance. It became difficult to relax, as the music selection repeated frequently. The volume made conversation challenging. I found myself seeking quieter spots away from the main areas. The music policy needs reassessment to accommodate guests desiring peace. It seems this hotel prioritizes excessive noise.

convenient location varied food detailed cleaning knowledgeable bartenders

I appreciated the convenient location. The transfer was only 15 minutes. The resort offered varied food options at every meal. Cleaning services were indeed perfect with special attention to detail. Our room attendant, Mohamed, crafted art using rose petals and leaves. The staff was very friendly. The bartenders were knowledgeable about all cocktail recipes.

The all-inclusive package had slight restrictions on drinks, which wasn't ideal though the selection was still adequate.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They always performed their duties with a smile! communicating and joking with us. Bartenders knew any cocktail recipe and were quick and efficient. Every staff member seemed dedicated and loved their job.

The room was spacious. It worked well for two adults. The water villa was comfortable and enjoyable. It added to the overall experience. Everything was well-kept which allowed us to relax and focus on enjoying the vacation.
