the resort is fine, the beach is very clean, and there were many fun activities for my son! it felt both exhilarating and relaxing, luxurious and secluded, yet it was in a prime location. mr weston provided great assistance with the best customer service, and the pool staff were also really good.

The staff at the pool were attentive, ensuring all guests had towels and drinks. Their quick response to requests contributed to a more relaxing atmosphere. i also noted that mr weston's customer service was really good!!!

the junior suite pool view included a king-size bed, a separate seating area with a sofa, and a balcony that overlooked the pool. the bathroom featured dual sinks and a rainfall shower, i appreciated this luxury. housekeeping services were provided daily.

the resort has a well-equipped gym that offers treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights and this met my needs. the main pool has a swim-up bar and ample seating available and this was practical. several restaurants offer diverse dining options.

the hotel design is modern. virtual reality games and bowling were available. there was a showtime event plus a live band performed. a family lounge provided options for everyone.
i think the waiting time to check in could be improved. i waited a really long time to be seated for breakfast two mornings . no staff was available to explain the wait or seat us
