amazing experience! was pretty good!
spacious room friendly team perfect location
The room was spacious and the bed provided unmatched comfort. the team i interacted with was so friendly from arrival to departure! i had a delicious brunch. its location is really very good for getting around. We just loved being there
i noticed some minor wear and tear on the hallway carpets.

The studio suite i stayed in had very high ceilings. It also came with a small seating area that featured modern decor. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries from a local brand and fluffy towels, we loved the shower.

Breakfast was good. There was a wide array of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes available for selection. the on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with both local and international flavors. the service in the dining area was attentive.

homey decor central location friendly staff dark room broken safe room bugs
The hotel's design impressed me. The decor felt homey. The location suited my needs since it was central, close to the v and a. Panashe, a staff member, was friendly and informative..
Our room was not similar to the photos. It seemed dark. There were also BUGS. The room safe was broken.

Fantastic Stay!
delicious brunch friendly team helpful staff
I really appreciated the friendly team from arrival to departure. Brunch was delicious!!! The location is very convenient. The staff, especially Kelvin, helped with our luggage and directions to the Waterfront. He even provided takeaway coffee!
The area immediately outside isn't the best but it's fine after a short walk.

The rooms have beautiful decor and a unique vibe. Breakfast includes coffee from a Nespresso machine. The television was a good size. Bedding was lovely. The hotel provided a washing machine.

noise pollution inadequate lighting
the breakfast was acceptable nothing extraordinary but good enough to start the day
the noise from the plumbing was bothersome i could clearly hear the pumps from other rooms every time someone used the toilet or shower this happened often during the night sleep was difficult the room lighting was inadequate especially in the evenings it was hard to read or work comfortably
