The hotel's design impressed me. The decor felt homey. The location suited my needs since it was central, close to the v and a. Panashe, a staff member, was friendly and informative..
Our room was not similar to the photos. It seemed dark. There were also BUGS. The room safe was broken.

I really appreciated the friendly team from arrival to departure. Brunch was delicious!!! The location is very convenient. The staff, especially Kelvin, helped with our luggage and directions to the Waterfront. He even provided takeaway coffee!
The area immediately outside isn't the best but it's fine after a short walk.

The rooms have beautiful decor and a unique vibe. Breakfast includes coffee from a Nespresso machine. The television was a good size. Bedding was lovely. The hotel provided a washing machine.

the breakfast was acceptable nothing extraordinary but good enough to start the day
the noise from the plumbing was bothersome i could clearly hear the pumps from other rooms every time someone used the toilet or shower this happened often during the night sleep was difficult the room lighting was inadequate especially in the evenings it was hard to read or work comfortably
