the location is central and convenient. the room had coffee and tea facilities. friendly staff moved me to another room after i found a leak in the bathroom. the new room was similar and on the same floor.

my room was not serviced . i think it is more of a money saving scheme than a green policy. i requested service, but it still did not happen. the hotel should consider revising this practice.

poor service eco excuse

The hotel claims to be eco-friendly by not servicing rooms daily, but it felt more like cost-cutting. i had to request service, yet my room wasn't cleaned anyway! i also needed to ask for fresh towels and glasses. That was annoying. this lack of service really detracted from my stay. The eco excuse doesn't hold up when basic cleanliness is ignored.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. i liked the complimentary products in the mini bar, this included soft bathrobes and slippers. i did appreciate the helpful staff. They were very kind .

there was a sort of motor noise, it kept me awake. the noise made sleeping difficult. it might need some attention.

lack of service cost-saving scheme

The location was convenient to the train station I suppose.

My room was not serviced , despite what they call a "green" policy. I think it is a cost-saving scheme really. I asked for the room to be serviced, but nothing happened so I requested clean towels and glasses later that day at the reception.
