irene was indeed a very warm and helpful host i thought. she made sure we could find the accommodation easily upon arrival. i remember loving the biscuits provided with coffee in the room. bath bombs in the bathroom also seemed a nice touch.
i noticed a very slight delay checking in but it wasn't a major issue.

irene suggested places for evening meals and offered to phone to reserve a table. she. this service certainly stood out.

the room had lovely towels and a super-sized king bed. the bedroom and adjoining bathroom were spacious too. it also included a tub and shower i recall.

breakfast included lovely fresh fruit and yogurt. a full scottish breakfast was also available each morning. i remember the tea and coffee tasted particularly good.

the b&b is a few minutes from the main road. it is also only a few minutes north of perth. the location provides easy access for travel i found.

I found the breakfast to be very good. it was served in a good conservatory dining room. the breakfast had lovely fresh fruit and yogurt. A full scottish breakfast was available. the host was friendly and helpful.
i did not enjoy the sorting required. the error was made by the accommodation itself. this situation was less than ideal.

This B&B was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent (I enjoyed the fresh fruit!). I received a warm welcome upon my arrival, a great start to the stay.
I wish the place had more signage because I had some difficulty finding it.

The breakfast featured a good choice of cereals and fresh fruit. The host beautifully cooked it and the continental option looked equally amazing. It was a good experience.

The host made sure I found the accommodation easily upon arrival. They also were very kind to introduce me to the features. The attentive service definitely contributed to a relaxing stay.
