THE cabin we booked, snowdon shepherd hut, was very very comfy and tidy. MY kids LOVED the big field right outside. They could play hide and seek. THE price was reasonable!
THE sofa bed wasn't fit for purpose.

i liked the beautiful lodge and well-kept grounds. there were also chill zones. the hosts were cute, excluding the goose.
we booked for four people, so two of us slept on the sofa bed. the mattress was thin, and you could feel the metal bars through it.

i appreciated the hotel's layout. our cabin was clean and had everything needed. the owner, juliet, was very helpful if i had questions. there was a large area for the kids to play outside. i really enjoyed the space.
The recycling bins on the veranda were full. Though it was not a major issue.

Excellent Stay Near Bangor!

The location provided easy access to Bangor University, only minutes away by car. The site offered quiet and calm outside, perfect for relaxation. I enjoyed the sea and hill views. The lodge provided everything needed. It was nice and neat, with a veranda.
The recycling bins on the veranda were full, a slight inconvenience.

decent stay with some drawbacks

the lodge had a good location, and it was near main routes to different places. the lodge is well equiped in general, and the kitchen had everything we needed. the hosts were cute and helpful.
we booked for four people, this meant two of us slept on the sofa bed. the sofa bed wasnt fit for purpose. the mattress was thin, you could feel the metal bars through it.

i stayed in the one-bedroom log cabin it was quite spacious the kitchen had all necessary appliances i needed the outdoor space was pleasant it featured a bbq area i used.
the shower temperature was slightly inconsistent during peak hours i noticed.
