the staff were so friendly and helpful. they provided many extra amenities like complimentary bus passes around the town, garage parking, and local coffee and tea available to request daily. we found the rooftop hot pools and sauna perfect after hiking each day.

the corridors often had laundry bags outside, and the carpets seemed quite dirty. we didn't have slippers for the hot pools, so we had to wear shoes on the carpet. the hot pool near the hotel smelled unpleasant. but the pool itself was great!

the front desk personnel offered fast assistance and were very professional. they were always ready to help with any questions and provided detailed information about local attractions and services. i felt very welcomed.

the staff provided free bus passes, convenient. bear spray rentals were also available. i found the cinnamon buns at the sister hotel's cafe to be delicious. i also appreciated the excellent restaurant on site, named good folk.

the bathroom had very little counter space , , made it hard to place my travel items.

the hotel included heated outdoor pools that provided amazing views. these pools are open with decent hours and are very convenient to use. guests can enjoy these facilities for relaxation and recreation.

the hotel sits a moderate walk from the town center , about 20 minutes. a bus stop is nearby if you don't want to walk. the hotel provided free bus passes to make the location very accessible.
