the hotel is in a great location near the ferry terminal. my room was large and comfortable with a good view of the marina. the breakfast had many options and was served on the rooftop near the pool.
the staff at reception seemed disinterested and unhelpful. they did not explain basic amenities at check-in. getting a warm shower was impossible .

The room was upgraded to a junior suite and that was very WELCOME.
The shower was not warm for the entire week. The front desk staff seemed unhelpful when i had questions. Breakfast time was farcical and it was hard to get food.

i liked the pool on the top floor and breakfast is served near that pool. the breakfast include many choices and i enjoyed it. rooms are larger than average. i rented a car for a day from the rental car office next door and it was convenient and the price was correct.
not all staff but some staff was slightly rude and didn't give you correct information or try to solve issues. i saw ants in the room on the tv unit.

helpful staff can arrange an airport transfer. they also store luggage before check-in. the staff was very nice and the rooms are very clean. front of house and back of house staff were excellent.

the breakfast was good. it didnt vary much. i had same options every day. the location is great. everything is walking distance.
the room was not value for money. the cleaning was sloppy. the housekeeper would always take away beach towels etc to be cleaned and never replace them. housekeeping also didn't happen until late in the afternoon everyday.
