mixed feelings about my stay

the breakfast was acceptable with a reasonable variety of options
the noise was unbearable one night a family above us sounded like they were running a marathon i complained but nothing changed i ended up moving rooms the next day the whole experience was frustrating and impacted my sleep

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the beach. This service ran frequently and on schedule.
The soundproofing in the room was poor. I could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway. It made it difficult to relax and sleep.

The breakfast had many options plus the hot dishes changed daily. One day was hot tomatoes with cheese and herbs on top. Another day featured mushrooms mixed with various vegetables. The breakfast room lady was very friendly. I received two free chocolates in my room on the first night along with a free soap sample from the gift shop.
The bathroom floor was dangerously slippery! There was no safety handle above the bath. The shower spray hit the floor a lot, as the screen was too small. One pillow smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I had to spray it with deodorant.
