My room had good air conditioning it maintained a consistent cool temperature. The restaurant provided a very good breakfast with fresh fruits and many options. The gym had several machines I liked that I could keep up with my exercise routine.

The hotel's location was AMAZING!!! it was central to everything i needed. i walked less than 15 minutes to tourist sites and the mekong river. breakfast included vegan and vegetarian options. The restaurant staff were helpful.
the safe was a bit small for my laptop.

the breakfast buffet was a great value. i found the gym functional with cardio machines. it had free weights. it delivered on its promise.
The room lacked windows. It felt somewhat sterile as a result.
