The room was spacious and included all amenities. i really appreciated the big terrace it has. the all-inclusive concept felt good. A quality variety of food and drinks was available.

the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly during the night, so the room was 36 degrees.

The staff was very attentive. Meals were decent and satisfying. I appreciated the ample parking available at the hotel. The hotel welcomes pets with open arms.

The air conditioning was not strong enough. The room felt hot even with the system running. This made sleeping difficult at times.

the location met expectations, because it was by the sea.

i discovered a significant issue with the spa services i received. the hotel never clarified this discrepancy beforehand, it was very dissapointing. i also found the slippers provided in the spa area slippery, posing a safety hazard.
