fantastic stay, beautiful building

helpful staffextensive range
the staff were helpful. the food menu in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. the breakfast included an extensive range of food. our room was larger than ones offered in modern hotels.

the hotel is a short drive from the airport. the building is located 10 minutes from bilbao. there is a lot of private parking available next to the main building.

the hotel has a decent pool. there are a lot of exterior spaces. the grounds are very nice and well planned . you will have access to a golf course.

wonderful stay near bilbao

cool buildinggreat viewscalm environment
i found the building cool. the views from my room were great. the room was also nicely decorated. the environment felt very calm (which i appreciated). it's a short drive to bilbao.
the gym only had a few old cardio machines.

insufficient cleaningbored breakfast staff
The staff did not seem interested in normal hotel guests. the room cleaning was insufficient. For example, the toilet was not cleaned, and toilet paper was not replenished. the breakfast staff seemed bored. additionally, the staff at the front desk spoke almost only spanish and displayed indifference, even when mistakes were made. this hotel is often used for corporate events or other celebrations, so the loud noise of tables etc. being pushed together started early, and people drank in front of the interior balconies until late.

the breakfast had a vast variety of goods and coffee, all were fresh. there is an indoor swimming pool.
The air conditioning was terrible. I had to open the balcony doors. the next door balcony was smoking strong cigarettes. Smoke came into my room. i had to shut the doors.
