convenient location helpful team lagoon view insufficient wash poor pressure uncomfortable temperature
the location was convenient to SeaWorld and nearby restaurants. the reception team handled my bags very well. my bags were in the room before I arrived. the lagoon view from my room WAS fabulous.
the body wash was not enough, barely enough for one shower. the shower head PRESSURE was poor. I found the room to be overpriced. the room temperature was set to an uncomfortable 15 degrees Celsius.

grand architecture wide array cute service included parking
i found the lobby beautifully maintained showcasing the hotel's grand architecture. the breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices and the quality was excellent. the staff provided cute service and the ambiance created a very relaxing stay.
the room showed some signs of age and could benefit from some updates to the upholstery.

the gym has treadmills and stationary bikes available for guest use. a pool provides a refreshing escape with designated areas for relaxation. parking is available at no extra cost.

The room was a good size. The bathroom facilities were excellent. Free parking was a huge plus (always a relief). The location is good if you prefer to be away from the Surfers Paradise crowds, yet close enough to visit.
The room temperature was set to 15.4 degrees Celsius. This made the room uncomfortably cold. The provided body wash was barely enough for one shower. I found the shower head pressure to be quite poor.
