Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Wear
Staff were great from management to housekeeping which was very friendly and efficient
The room looked old and did not match the photos online, also the bathroom looked ugly and outdated which was not appealing

the room had a convenient pool bar close by. breakfast was good and served every morning. the staff at reception offered helpful information about tours.
the gym was quite small. it only included basic equipment.

great resort WITH friendly staff
kind staff lush greenery
the staff were kind and helpful. they assisted with room requests to keep us close. the outdoor areas were well kept WITH lush greenery. Beach towels and a useful beach bag were provided and changed daily in THE rooms.
the air conditioning unit was rather LOUD. It affected the overall sleep quality negatively. I reported IT but a solution wasn't PROVIDED.

the resort offered a convenient shuttle service to coconut beach. the staff WAS attentive and helpful at all times. Their support.

I found the staff friendly and helpful , always ready to assist with a smile. The free daily shuttle to nearby beaches was super convenient. I also really enjoyed using the complimentary bicycles to explore the area along the quiet roads.

The breakfast buffet has many options , with the Thai food selections particularly tasty and fresh. I especially liked the omelette station. The chef. Some hot food items needed better heating to stay warm though.

My room was spacious and very clean , and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of lighting options for different moods , and I appreciated the large glass wall leading to the balcony. A beach bag and umbrellas are provided too.

The pool is large and clean , perfect for swimming and relaxing. It is also 1.5m deep, so good for games. I noticed a fun waterslide and plenty of space for both swimming and relaxation. The resort also features beautiful ponds with fish and lilies.

The hotel is close to both beaches , with a short walk leading to Pakarang Beach. Memories Beach is a bit further but easily accessible by foot or bike. The hotel provides bicycles , which makes exploring the area simple.

The hotel felt spacious despite its occupancy. it was peaceful. The guests seemed to use the hotel as a hub for exploring the area. the staff stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness. i think the beds offered really good comfort.
the bathroom was functional, though it had a very basic design, so it did look a little old.
