great location and amenities
fantastic location easy walk well-equipped kitchen amazing views
the location was fantastic it was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants the kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals i liked that there was a washer and dryer available in the unit. the views from the unit were amazing. towels were provided
the overhead light in the living room did not work this was slightly inconvenient in the evening

the apartment had two separate bedrooms the furniture seemed comfortable and provided ample space for everyone. there were comfortable beds in both rooms and closet space.

the hotel features laundry facilities available to guests making it convenient for longer stays. the parking area was easily accessible and spacious. i found the provided amenities to be very useful during my time there.

the kitchen came equipped with an oven and microwave. basic cooking utensils were provided. a dishwasher made cleanup easy after meals. there was adequate counter space for meal preparation.

wonderful lakeside retreat
spacious apartment beautiful garden excellent view new kitchen
the apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. the gardens were beautiful and well-kept. the balcony offered great views of the lake. the white towels were notably nice. i found the new kitchen and bathroom facilities excellent.
the overhead light in the lounge didn't work . i wish it had been fixed before my arrival.

The communications from the hotel manager were excellent. I received all necessary information promptly. instructions for accessing the apartment and obtaining the key were very clear. this made the check-in process smooth and easy.

easy walk great location poor communication clear answer
The location was excellent and an easy walk to shops and restaurants.
Communication with staff was a problem for me. It was hard to get an answer by phone when I had a question about my stay. The email did not answer it clearly.

spacious apartment lake view close location few toilet paper sheets secondhand furniture clothes drying rack
the apartment was spacious! the balcony had a nice view of the lake and mountains. the location was really close to the shops and restaurants. i loved that the marina where we took our tour was also only a 5 min walk.
there were about 5 sheets of toilet paper. the kitchen furniture was secondhand and mismatched. the clothes drying rack was falling apart and it needs replacing!
