i had a wonderfully relaxed stay! the team members were all very friendly and helpful with every request i had. i particularly appreciated the direct access to the beach and the option to borrow bikes for a pleasant tour. the room was also spacious and well-appointed with great amenities.

a gem by the sea

The room had a spacious balcony, i liked its sea views. the garden was maintained well, its design was relaxing. direct access to the beach involved many steps. there was also a convenient road access.
the shower temperature control was irregular, i experienced cold water one evening.

the front desk staff was helpful, always ready to assist with questions. reception provided very good service and management was attentive. they were efficient in handling requests, i felt.

Breakfast had a great selection. I liked it. the breakfast buffet offered eggs, cooked freshly on request. regional dishes were interesting and the food quality was excellent.

the hotel offered bike rentals, i used them for a local tour. there are tennis courts, i noticed these are cracked. the hotel location is really good, it is in the middle of nature.

underwhelming stay, some issues need attention
uncared pool arearushed staff
The fitness studio lacked basic amenities, no water or towels were available. the grass around the pool area looked uncared for with brown patches. i noticed some barbed wire at the top of the fence around the premises. It felt unnecessary and detracted from the view. the staff often seemed rushed. i did not feel they were attentive.

The hotel has large gardens a good sized pool and a pool bar I found acceptable.
The shower did not work properly the water temperature fluctuated wildly It was either cold or scalding hot I could not control it There were no extra blankets so I was cold at night I requested some at reception but the staff gave me a strange look.
