I found the hotel landscaping gorgeous. It created a private and secluded atmosphere. The multiple warm pools offered a relaxing experience. The staff provided fantastic service.
I found that the shuttle was often full, made transportation somewhat challenging.

The hotel had well maintained grounds and multiple pools.
I found the old towels lacked softness and felt rough against the skin. I think they definitely need fabric softener or new towels to improve guest comfort. It really detracted from the experience after showering.

The room had a patio with comfortable seating. The grounds featured four pools, each offering a different vibe. The on-site restaurant provided delicious food and drink options. I really appreciated the shuttle service to various points on the island, it was very convenient.
The mandatory valet parking felt a bit unnecessary, as I could have easily parked the car myself.

The front desk offered complimentary champagne at check-in. The staff was friendly and serviceable . Concierge planned a day of water activities for my daughter and me. She was wonderful.

The hotel is located near duval street. It is convenient. The hotel had a shuttle to the center and a beach. The walkways are tucked in between trees and bushes. It is very cool.

i stayed for several nights in a big clean room. DAILY cleaning service was present. the hotel provides shuttle service to nearby attractions. it saves taxi fares.
the check in process wasnt great. nobody told me ABOUT resort fees until arrival. that's not good, especially after a long drive.
