The breakfast granola tasted lovely.
The absence of an elevator proved problematic. Transporting heavy luggage up the stairs was difficult. The staff did not make up my room and initially tried to blame it on me.

The breakfast arrangement was unusual. I had to order the night before. this felt more like a budget bed and breakfast than a hotel. my room was not serviced one day, so i returned to find no fresh towels and no replenished coffee. when i inquired, the staff claimed i had not put out the "make up room" sign, a claim i dispute. Blaming the customer seems their first resort.

The hotel is modern and well decorated. the staff was very attentive to all my needs. i found very good on-site parking. i slept well because the bed was comfy. The pillows and covers were high quality.
The room had limited drawer and clothes hanging space. A longer stay might have been difficult.

the hotel is just a five-minute walk to the center with all the shops, restaurants and bars. it is also near the parr hall venue. this makes it very convenient for accessing local amenities.

the staff was flexible, especially beth. i received an upgrade to a large room, excellent. the bathroom included good fittings and was clean, it featured plenty of hot water.
the room was a little noisy though i could see the air conditioning unit outside my window!
