front deskhighway noisepoor insulation
the staff at the front desk seemed fine.
The room i got faced a highway, and it was just impossible to sleep well. cars never stopped. the room lacked proper insulation and it got very cold at night. It was more like a thin sheet than an actual duvet. under the sink, i saw hairs from previous guests. This was definitely the worst hotel i have stayed in.
