The location proved convenient and the staff was friendly.
The mattress in my room felt too soft. I sank into it. The shower cubicle felt tight. i also found it was not cleaned well from the previous guest.

the location was great, close to a car park and within walking distance to a cafe. the tram stops and north pier were also nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located. It's close to pubs and restaurants. i found the north train station very close, too. the hotel provided clear instructions, which i found helpful. the front garden is nice. There is a view of the sea.
The bedroom was a bit too warm. There was no fan to move the air around.
