amazing stay at this gem
clean roomhandy kitchenetteplenty space
i really enjoy the proximity to the metro and various cool spots. that french bakery just one street over. the phillips collection, is great. i found the room to be clean and really nice, a huge plus. the kitchenette is so handy, and there is plenty of space.
i will note that as a man alone, i might think twice about staying here. the rooms are a bit far from the lobby.

my room had really nice equipments and all i needed. it also felt very modern, clean, and spacious. the sleeper sofa works great for extra guests and the full-size fridge is excellent for keeping drinks cold.

i found the safe under the bed in my room which is a plus. there is also a washing machine to boot and i love this so much. the building itself is very cool and has great culture elements.

The check-in process was such easy. You follow the pre-arrival instructions on the email. the staff is very attentive and cute. i am very pleased with the level of support i received . They make it really great.

this location is perfect, right on dupont circle, what else can i ask for? everything is within walking distance, and metro access is super easy. also, the location is close to connecticut and massachusetts ave.

i found the check-in instructions easy. the reception team was helpful. dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, and coffee pods were a nice touch. the location was very good.
i found the unit needed more insulation from noise. the continuous bombardment of traffic and horns was very loud. the building had no hot water in the morning. cold showers only were available.

location is fine but issues exist
dirty roomunhygienic duvet
my room faced the courtyard so there was no city view as advertised, just the sight of dust. the room overall wasn't clean enough. i found a sock left behind by a previous guest, which i found unhygienic. the duvet also felt unsanitary, covered only by two sheets, not a proper duvet cover, and this makes me question if it is cleaned properly after each guest.
