Really good stay downtown

I liked the full kitchen a lot. It included a microwave and standard refrigerator. The laundry room is very useful and has arcade games.
I waited several minutes for one to arrive. This made leaving the building frustrating.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The one bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean. The ability to cook and eat in the apartment proved especially convenient. The location is close to the Statue of Liberty!!!
I noticed the AC unit was noisy and built into a furniture, attached to the bed. The room was very small. There was no space to leave a suitcase on the floor. I could hear noises from neighbors.

I found the front desk team cute upon arrival. they helped me with directions and offered suggestions for local attractions. the security personnel were consistently friendly and provided a sense of safety at all hours. i appreciated the quick resolution to my request for extra towels. They arrived within minutes.
the ice machine on my floor was out of order for a day, slightly inconvenient, though i managed with another floor's machine..

The lobby had a mini cafe. It offered breakfast croissants and coffee. several eateries and bars were nearby too. i saw several restaurants are within a short walk.

the staff was helpful and friendly before my arrival and also in person. they promptly delivered a desk to my room within 20 minutes of my request. i could always get parcels at the reception.

The room had a functional kitchen. I found a free laundry area with both a washer and dryer machine. The location provides access to the financial district. It is within a 10-minute walk from Battery Park.
The gym is just okay. The weight area could be better.
