staff was friendly, so that was acceptable.
the room was not good. the windows opened to the street, so the privacy was non-existent. i kept the windows closed and had to endure vehicle noise and a loud air conditioner.

The lobby features live trees and comfortable seating. the valet service was also very efficient. staff were always available early in the morning when i needed my car.
i noticed some markings on the wall in my room.

I found the hotel centrally located to nearby attractions. Restaurants are close, also shopping. The staff acted responsive and friendly. The location is excellent.
The WiFi in the room requires improvement. It was not a big deal though, since I was visiting the local area.

Check-in was smooth with very little waiting. Staff accommodated my daughter's request for Nutella pancakes. The hotel provides good food for both breakfast and dinner. I appreciated the attention given to my family.

The room included two queen beds and a television with many channels. The hotel provides easy access to parking, and the lot is well-lit. I found several restaurants and a Starbucks very close to the hotel, a definite plus. The bed was comfy.
The pool area felt a little small given the size of the hotel.
