great locationunreliable wifiindifferent staff
the location was great for visiting the cave i walked there easily
the air conditioning did not work well the room became uncomfortably warm staff seemed indifferent to this problem also the wifi was unreliable i had difficulty staying connected for work

extra costuncomfortable sofa
i felt disappointed because the water bottles in the room cost extra , and things like slippers were not included. i thought these were usually standard , even in less expensive hotels. also , the sofa bed was not very comfortable. the restaurant only had a buffet for dinner , and there were no other options.

the breakfast buffet had many choices and was nicely organized.
The air conditioning in my room did not work properly. The temperature remained too warm despite attempts to adjust it. also, i found many insects inside the room when i opened the balcony door, and this was really unconvenient. cancelling the rest of my stay became necessary because the room was not confortable.
