convenient and clean stay

The location is great, especially for fair visits. i found the proximity to the skyline plaza mall very convenient (it offers many stores and restaurants). the room was very clean and quiet, which i highly valued after a long day. the bed had different firmness pillows. This personal touch made my sleep better.
The air conditioning was a bit slow to cool the room down. This was a slight inconvenience upon arrival.

The room had air conditioning (a real plus!). The bar and lounge area was clean and had a very relaxing atmosphere.
The hallway had a slight odor, possibly from the carpet.

a perfect little escape

the staff spoke my language! there was a reservation error but they fixed it quickly giving us the room we needed. another staff member helped us get a cab on short notice and was very friendly too. the room had everything, it was comfortable and clean as expected.
the hallway had a slight carpet smell, nothing too bad.

the room was a good size for a solo traveler, and the bed was very comfortable with different pillow firmness options? sheets were soft. it's also nice that there are many electrical outlets conveniently located near the desk and bed.
