easy traveluseful amenitiesefficient kiosk
the location near ebisu station made travel simple i could walk to the station in about five minutes. the room had useful amenities like pajamas and house slippers which was nice. i used the kiosk for check in it was efficient and easy to understand
the breakfast includes just a sandwich and coffee i wished there were more choices.

the hotel has a very convenient location. it is a five minute walk from ebisu station. there are many restaurants, conbinis and supermarkets around. i found the location fairly quiet so it was easy to sleep and rest.
the hotel description doesn't indicate minimal reception facilities. i wanted to leave luggage but i was told no. i needed a taxi to the airport booked but that wasn't possible. i found the room spacious but a very poor use of space.

the hotel location is convenient, close to the station. i found many dining and shopping choices nearby. the check-in process was easy, and the room was clean and quiet.
the room was very small. there was no wardrobe for storage. the breakfast was uninspiring. the air in the room was dry, and the humidifier was not effective.
