shuttle service quiet room simple breakfast
the LOCATION is great , providing convenient access to terminal 2 via a short shuttle ride. i found the executive floor room very quiet and comfortable. additionally , the executive lounge offered a simple breakfast and coffee early in the morning , which saved me time.
during my stay , i observed that some front desk staff looked to be trainees , which led to slightly slower check-in and check-out processes.

direct access shuttle service great selection
the location offered direct access to terminal 1 (it saved a lot of time). i found the complimentary shuttle service to terminal 2 convenient. the breakfast featured a great selection of dishes, one of the best i've had at a hotel.
the room i had lacked cotton buds and cotton pads in the bathroom.

free shuttle amazing breakfast super clean room
I stayed in a super clean room. The breakfast was AMAZING (it had so many options!). The staff helped me locate the free airport shuttle. I REALLY appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport.
The decor felt somewhat old.

excellent location clean room helpful staff faulty air conditioning low water pressure missing mechanism
the location is excellent for airport access. the room was very clean and spacious (it was a beautiful king room view). i found the staff to be very helpful and quick with room service.
the air conditioning did not function properly. it was very warm. the hot water pressure was low (taking a shower was hard). there was no soft-close mechanism on the toilet seat.
