the LOCATION is great , providing convenient access to terminal 2 via a short shuttle ride. i found the executive floor room very quiet and comfortable. additionally , the executive lounge offered a simple breakfast and coffee early in the morning , which saved me time.

during my stay , i observed that some front desk staff looked to be trainees , which led to slightly slower check-in and check-out processes.

the location is excellent for airport access. the room was very clean and spacious (it was a beautiful king room view). i found the staff to be very helpful and quick with room service.

the air conditioning did not function properly. it was very warm. the hot water pressure was low (taking a shower was hard). there was no soft-close mechanism on the toilet seat.
